When did you start reading manga and why?
Did someone influence you or you just came across it in some websites?
Why did you come to like it?

I'm interested to knowing your answer. Well, for me I started reading manga because of my friend. He told me about it and give me manga of Vampire Knight and Bleach.. then, I became addicted to it.. Smile

My parents strongly told me to stop reading it because it will be bad but I didn't listen but now they are fine with it though when I made a mistake they will tease me that what I always do is "manga,manga,manga!". I love manga!!

What genre did you like?

As for me, anything as long as I like it... except yuri though I read yaoi.. hahaha.. Smile

but not the hardcore story.. Smile

I started reading manga when I am somehow exposed already to the world of anime. Of course, my brother again is at fault why I started reading manga. Though I still like anime more, I somehow learned to appreciate manga too. Well, Manga makes me get ahead of the anime version that i'm watching. It made me love SPOILERS too

At first I'm totally against knowing spoilers but as time passed by I get to like it, worst... LOVE IT. haha! I used spoilers to make one person be in misery. It also makes me feel so knowledgeable compared to other otaku's

When in comes to manga genre I don't prefer any. As long as the story is interesting to me I will read it. But one thing for sure I don't like YAOI, the extreme yaoi one.

It seems that you are talking about me because I read yaoi, but I do admit that I like it.. no,wait.........I think I love it already hahaha because Junjou Romantica made me aprreciate yaoi though I also read yaoi manga.. Smile

I started reading manga when a friend told me about it. At first I'm not really interested in it because I hate reading but I became addicted to it. You know what I mean, animes and mangas are very much unpredictable... Very Happy

@biri-biri: Yeah.. I know what you mean. That's the good thing about anime.. loves to make some twist and surprises which is the reason why we get to be hooked!
